Jennifer Edwards MFA, RYT, founder of Relaxation on the GO®, is a master teacher and life-long student of physical, emotional and mental self-care and health. Her work inspires people to reduce daily stress and develop skills to navigate challenging situations. She specializes in: balancing work and life, working through burnout, increasing productivity, communicating with yourself and maintaining calm and focus under pressure.

As a speaker, Ms. Edwards draws from over twenty years experience as a performing artist. She has spoken in a wide range of settings from intimate workshops to venues with seating capacity for thousands. Her presentation has been described as “simply riveting: confident, poised, charismatic, emotional, funny, sarcastic, sincere” by Jim Testa of Jersey Beat Magazine. Jennifer spent eight years as a college professor and has ten years experience teaching stress reduction practices in the private sector. She continues to teach in a variety of settings from universities to national conferences and educational summits.

Ms. Edwards is a published author who has won awards and accolades for her work. Her book, ‘Relaxation is NOT a Luxury’ (Plain White Press, Nov. 2008), is a ‘travel companion’ for daily stress reduction. Jennifer Edwards holds a Masters of Fine Art degree (MFA) from New York University, is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT500) and is a Reiki and Rising Star practitioner.
